When it comes to religion, there’s a very popular sentiment growing in our country. It doesn’t make sense, but everybody seems to accept it. It says that one religion is as good as the next. It really doesn’t make a difference which one you like. The greatest sin seems to be to claim that one particular religion is more true or more right than another. The strange thing is, people are more than willing to say that one view in politics, or science, or medicine or law is more accurate than another. But in religion, everybody’s right. Nobody’s wrong. This sketch takes this to its logical and ridiculous conclusion.
