Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Even though I have a Subscription to your site, it is still requiring me to purchase scripts before I can download them.
A: First you must login with your Username and Password to download scripts. If you are logging in and the site still requires you to purchase scripts your subscription may have expired, or you may not have your browser set to allow cookies. To use the CrossPoint Scripts site you must allow cookies, this is how the site knows if you are logged in or not.

To enable the use of cookies in Internet Explorer please follow these steps:
  1. Open "Tools/Internet Options..." from your browser's dropdown menus.
  2. Click the "Privacy" tab.
  3. Adjust the Settings slider to allow cookies, Medium to Medium High should be an adequate setting.
  4. Then hit "OK"

Q: When I click the link: "VIEW: First Page Sample", I get an image of the script that is small, blurry, and too hard to read.
A: The First Page Sample is an image of the first page of the script. Your browser is most likely set to reduce all images to fit within your browser window. There are two ways to correct this:
  1. After you click the "VIEW: First Page Sample" link, click once anywhere on the image of the script that appears in your popup window. You should see a little square in the lower right of the image appear. Click this once to make the script enlarge so it can be read.
  2. Or change your browser settings to display images at 100% - To do this go to: "Tools/Internet Options..." Then click the "Advanced" tab. Scroll down until you see settings for: "Multimedia". Then uncheck "Enable Automatic Image Resizing". Finally hit "OK" You may have to refresh your browser window to make the script image appear at full size.

Q: I have requested my password be sent to me, but I haven't received any emails yet.
A: This most likely is because your spam filter is blocking the email. If you have a spam box, check that for the email. Also, add info@crosspointscripts.com to your whitelist, or address book, or whatever tool you have to mark email addresses as safe, so they don't get stopped by your spam filter. Then request your password again.
